My name is Raf Anzovin. I've been a CG animator and technical director for my entire 20-year career, but I believe that Glen Keane was right. Bad CG animation is already hard. If you want it to be any good, then it's stupidly hard, because the process of CG animation works against you at every step.
But I don't think it has to be that way. This blog is about figuring out how to work less hard...but do something good.
